Full Mitzvah Planning Package

This package includes full event planning services for every aspect of your event, including:

• Identifying and securing proposals from venues and vendors
• Negotiating contracts
• Developing an overall budget
• Assisting with creating theme, logo and favors
• Menu design, beverage selection and tasting arrangements
• Coordinating and attending appointments with vendors
• Creating timeline for planning phase 
• Generating a detailed timeline for day/evening of your event
• Transportation management (if needed)
• On-site event management and behind-the–scenes orchestration of entire event

Day of Mitzvah Planning Package

This package includes more limited, “day of” event planning services.  This planning typically begins approximately six weeks before your event and continues through the conclusion of the event, and includes:

• Creating a detailed timeline for the day/evening of your event
• Finalizing all details with vendors and venue in the weeks leading up to the party
• On-site event management and behind-the-scenes orchestration of entire event
